Work on quieting and focusing the mind through breath work to increase energy and health at a deeper level than yoga asana alone. This class will include some asana (yoga posture), with an emphasis on breath and posture. If you are looking for more energy, will-power and determination, this is the class for you! The class is held in two sessions:
