Hoopfit and Hoopdance

Remember how much fun hula hooping was?  Now that you’re an adult, it’s still fun and a terrific way to burn calories!  Join us at the Northern Tier Library on Tuesday, July 31st at 7:00 PM for a free demonstration of HoopFit and HoopDance. These low-impact movements will help you build core strength, enhance balance and coordination, tone the body, and reduce stress.

Give it a spin!  This program will be presented by Harlan’s Elite Fitness.  Hoops will be provided, and registration is required.  For more information, please call the library at 724-449-BOOK (2665).
