InfiniChi8 is a blend of Tai Chi, breath exercised and meditation designed to quiet the mind and relax the body. The 8 movements are easy to do and the only rule is to have fun. Join us at the Northern Tier Library on Wednesday, July 11 at 7:00 PM for a free 40 minute workshop. This workshop will be presented by Belinda Flick of Dr. Flick’s Wellspring.
