A one hour class profiled to cardio-music will take you through bike set-up, body alignment and proper technique. Each class will start with 5-10 minutes devoted to bike set up, alignment, and resistance explanations, then move on with a warm-up, the ride and a cool-down. This is great class for all fitness levels!
- Session I: Aug. 29 to Oct (no class Sept. 5)
