Kid Fit Club - Classes begin Jan. 13

A class designed to help kids improve their overall fitness and basic sports skills. Kids will establish a personal fitness plan increasing their strength, coordination and flexibility through the proper use of free weights, exer- cise bands and body weight training principals. Kids will also receive instruction covering the basic fundamentals of sports skills including golf, tennis, football, soccer and bas- ketball.
This program is for ages 8-12 and runs Thursday, Jan. 13 – March 17, 4:30-5:30  p.m.
