Pace yourself or go to the limit with this fun and challenging workout that combines traditional calisthenics, body weight training, resistance training and interval training. Improving cardiovascular endurance, agility, strength and flexibility are the goals. This class has it all! The class runs on Mondays for two, five week sessions. The sessions are:
- Session I: Jan. 2 to Jan. 30
- Session II: Feb. 6 to March 5
