Monday AM Breathing and Relaxation Yoga

Work on quieting and focusing the mind through breath work to increase energy and health at a deeper level than yoga asana alone. This class will include some asana (yoga posture), with an emphasis on breath and posture. If you are looking for more energy, will-power and determination, this is the class for you! The sessions are:

  • Session I: Jan. 2 to Jan. 30
  • Session II: Feb. 6 to March 5
