Surprise your mother this year with a handmade card! The Northern Tier Library will sponsor a card-making workshop on Saturday, May 5 from 10:30-11:30 AM. This program is open to everyone 4 years of age and older. Scrapbooking expert Linda Joseph will be on hand to lend her assistance. A registration fee of $3 will be charged to cover supplies.
