We all know the peony - our grandmothers grew them, and many of us have them in our gardens. But how many of us know exactly what to do with these beloved plants and when to do it? This presentation will cover the culture of the peony, and will suggest pleasing combinations that contribute to the overall beauty of the June perennial garden. This program will be presented by Master Gardener Bill Goff and registration is required.
In May, we will offer a program on planning, starting and maintaining a vegetable garden. Thank you to the Allegheny County Cooperative Extension for working with us on this series.
