Thursday AM Rise N' Cycle

Skip the coffee and get your boost of energy at this workout class that features sprints, climbs, tempo changes and more! Riders can adjust the difficulty of the ride and are encouraged to ride at their own pace. 

  • Session I: Sept. 1 to Oct. 13
  • Session II: Oct. 20 to Dec. 1

There will be no class on Nov. 24.
