Yoga for Youth and Teens

It is never to early to start practicing a healthy lifestyle! The regular practice of yoga will increase physical strength, flexibility, balance and posture. The class instructor is certified through both the Himalayan Institute and ACE Fitness. 

  • Session I: Saturdays, Dec. 10 to Jan. 21 (No class on Dec. 24 or 31)
  • Session II: Saturdays, Jan. 28 to Mar. 10
