Lifeguarding Classes

Want to work as a lifeguard this summer? Here is your chance to get the certifications that you need!

This course will be taught as a blended-learning course. You are responsible for all computer sessions at home with classroom and pool sessions conducted at Pine-Richland High School Pool.

REQUIREMENTS:
*must be 15 years of age or turn 15 by the last day of class (March 21st).
*all classes are mandatory~ NO EXCEPTIONS!
*all assignments must be completed weekly to continue.

DATES:
*Pre-testing~ Monday, February 9th at 7p (be prepared to get in the water and bring a flash drive with you for course material).
*Classroom & Water work~ February 16th & 23rd; March 2nd, 9th & 16th (all classes are scheduled 7-9p).
*Testing~ March 21st at 11:30a.

COST:
$240 in the form of credit card or check (made payable to PRA, INC). You will also be responsible to pay $36 to Red Cross when registering with them (you will be given instructions on how to register). A face mask and whistle will be provided for you.
