MASSAGE ENVY AND ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION JOIN FORCES FOR 5th ANNUAL HEALING HANDS FOR ARTHRITIS(R) EVENT AT RICHLAND MALL
Company aims to raise over $1 million on Sept. 16 for Arthritis Foundation
Did you know arthritis is the leading cause of disability in America, affecting one in five adults and more than 300,000 children? Arthritis has devastating effects on the body, and Massage Envy and the Arthritis Foundation have united in a common purpose to relieve these symptoms through massage.
On September 16, local Massage Envy locations will host the 5th annual Healing Hands for Arthritis® event, raising money to champion the Foundation’s efforts to conquer arthritis through life-changing information, advocacy, science and community.
It’s easy for anyone to be part of this big event – by treating themselves or a loved one to a massage or facial at their local Massage Envy location, where $10 of every one-hour service on September 16 is donated to the Arthritis Foundation. In addition, 10% of in-store purchases on that day are donated.
