Pine-Richland School Board Approves Concussion Policy

Policy directs the care and management of students who suffer a concussion while participating in an athletic activity.

Monday night, the Pine-Richland School Board approved the concussion management policy, which directs that the care and management of all students who suffer a concussion during  participation in an athletic activity shall comply with the requirements of this policy and the Safety in Youth Sports Act.   

The district is also finalizing its concussion management communications center, which will contain useful information and forms.
