On February 23 at 7 p.m.  Northland Public Library, Dr. Paul Lieber, who was featured on WTAE-TV, will discuss the Regenexx procedures of non-surgical stem cell and blood platelet treatments for common injuries and degenerative joint conditions, such as osteoarthritis and strains, sprains and tendonitis.
