What's Closed on the Fourth of July?
Township offices and Pine Community Center closed.
Many of us will celebrate the nation's independence on this Fourth of July with picnics, cookouts, fairs and fireworks today.
But, just in case you're wondering what offices are closed, here is a short list:
Pine and Richland township offices will be closed Monday, as will Pine Community Center.

Trash and recycling pickup by Vogel Disposal will be delayed one day.
The Port Authority of Allegheny County will operate its bus, T light-rail and incline service on holiday schedules on Monday.

The authority's customer service line will answer from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but its Downtown Service Center will be closed Monday in observance of Independence Day.
