Allegheny County Avoids Triple Digits In New Coronavirus Cases
Here are the latest coronavirus case numbers for Allegheny County and southwestern Pennsylvania.

PITTSBURGH, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department on Wednesday reported no new coronavirus deaths. The county death toll remains at 397.
The county reported 97 new cases. The total number of cases in the county during the outbreak is 13533.
There have been 1,302 hospitalizations in the county during the outbreak.

With 2,993 cases in Westmoreland County, 2,071 in Beaver County, 1,556 in Washington County and 1,298 in Butler County, that brings the total number of cases in the five-county region to 21,454 when Allegheny County numbers are included.
According to the state Department of Health, there have been 652 deaths in the region from the virus: Three hundred and ninety-seven in Allegheny County, 135 in Beaver County, 64 in Westmoreland County, 31 in Washington County and 25 in Butler County.
