PITTSBURGH, PA —More than 40 shell casings were found in the city's Homewood neighborhood Tuesday night following a shooting that left a woman wounded.
According to Pittsburgh Public Safety, officers responded to the 7300 block of Stranahan Street at around 8:35 p.m. for reports of multiple shots fired.
First responders found a woman with a gunshot wound to her arm. She was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
The victim's house and vehicle were damaged by the gunfire. There are no arrests or suspects at this time.
Violent Crime Unit detectives are investigating.
