PITTSBURGH, PA — A new burger joint has debuted inside a Pittsburgh supermarket.
Beef Graffiti opened on May 16 in the Giant Eagle Market District near Aspinwall across from Starbucks. The eatery formerly operated in the Federal Galley on the North Side after beginning its existence as a food truck.
"We’re so honored for this opportunity to be a part of such a fun new experience," chef Mark Mammone said in a social media post.
The restaurant offers unique takes on a smash burger experience. Among the menu items:
Beef Graffiti is open Tuesdays through Sundays from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
It's unclear if the eatery plans to expand into other Giant Eagle Market District stores.
