PITTSBURGH, PA — Kennywood's annual Bites and Pints Festival returns beginning this weekend and will add some new additions to its international food offerings.
Culinary treats from France and Germany have been added to the food booths. They will join traditional fan favorites from Mexico, Poland, Italy, and more.
“Bites and Pints has become one of the most anticipated events of the summer because it brings together two things our guests love most, incredible food and unforgettable fun,” said Ricky Spicuzza, Kennywood general manager, said in a statement.
"This year’s addition of France and Germany gives visitors even more opportunities to explore new flavors while enjoying the unique atmosphere and thrills that make Kennywood such a special part of Pittsburgh summers.”
Here's what park visitors can expect from:
Bite and Pints will run Fridays through Sundays from May 22 through June 28 - plus May 25 - around the amusement park lagoon.
In addition to the return of Bites and Pints, Kennywood will honor veterans, active duty, and retired members of the armed forces with free admission to the park all Memorial Day Weekend long from May 22, through May 25.
Plus, up to four friends and family members can get tickets for $34.99 each.
Both deals can be redeemed at the Main Gate.
