PITTSBURGH, PA — The long-vacant Rock Bottom brewery space in The Waterfront in Homestead is about to be occupied again.
Opal Buffet will feature a global dining experience featuring signature dishes from around the world. The 16,000- square foot space is set to open in the late summer or early this fall.
Opal Buffet brings together Brazilian churrasco, Southeast Asian grilled seafood, fresh sushi, handcrafted desserts, and signature dishes from around the world. The diverse selection and seasonal menu are designed to satisfy every guest’s unique taste and dining preference. The restaurant will house serving stations, a large and stylish central bar, and private event areas.
With more than 400 seats, Opal Buffet also will feature a private event hall accommodating more than 200 guests, complete with a high-end entertainment system designed for business events, private celebrations, parties and special gatherings.
