Cranberry Police To Host Annual Township Bike Rodeo

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — The township police department will host its annual Bike Rodeo event on Aug. 1 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the municipal center parking lot,

Riders will test their skills on an obstacle course designed to simulate biking on real roads, with educational pit-stops throughout the course. Police officers and volunteers will be onsite to teach safety tips, such as how to use hand signals while biking, as well as providing free helmet fittings and bike inspections.

Refreshments will be provided, along with giveaways, raffles, and more. The Bike Rodeo is presented by Cranberry Police and Cranberry EMS, along with community partners Cranberry Elks, AAA East Central, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Trek of Pittsburgh.
