ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — An international fashion retailer will make its Pittsburgh debut at Ross Park Mall.
Mall owner and real estate trust Simon has announced that Zara will open in Ross Park in 2028 in what the company terms part of the next phase of the mall's transformation.
"Ross Park Mall's continued evolution reflects both the strength of the Pittsburgh market and our long-term commitment to delivering the region's most compelling shopping and lifestyle destination," said Simon leasing director Tom Zervas.
"The arrival of Zara —a globally recognized, in-demand brand—represents a major milestone in that strategy. Paired with our ongoing investments across the property, this addition underscores our focus on curating an exceptional, best-in-class retail mix and elevated customer experience while continuing to bring highly coveted brands to Western Pennsylvania."
Zara is a subsidiary of the Spanish multinational fashion design, manufacturing and retailing group Inditex. It stores sell clothing, accessories, beauty products and perfumes.
Zara currently has more than 1,000 stores internationally, including 103 in the U.S. Its only Pennsylvania location currently is in the King of Prussia Mall near Philadelphia.
