On Aug. 6, police responded to a shooting outside H's Bar and Grill in the 4200 block of Verona Road. First responders found a man with multiple gunshot wounds outside of the bar's entrance.

The victim, Ronel Jones, 46, was pronounced dead a short time later. Jones had been working security at the bar.

Through witness interviews and surveillance video, detectives identified Cooper as the shooter. Homicide charges were filed against him on Aug. 10, but police have been unable to locate him and are asking for the community's help.

Cooper is described as 6 feet tall and weighs about 280 pounds. He is considered armed and dangerous. Police advise people not to approach him if seen and instead call 911.

Anyone with information on Cooper's whereabouts is asked to call the Allegheny County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
