ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — A Pittsburgh man is facing criminal charges after allegedly exposing himself outside Ross Park Mall.
According to court documents, Timothy Decamillis, 39, of Crafton Heights, faces two counts of indecent exposure and two counts of open lewdness in connection with the Aug. 13 incident.
Ross police officers were called to mall around 4 p.m. that day for a report of indecent exposure. A woman told them that a man drove up next to her car, stared at her and appeared to be touching himself.
The woman gave police an image she took of the vehicle the man was in and its license plate number. Investigators traced the vehicle back to Decamillis.
Police also learned from a news report that Decamillis had been arrested on an indecent exposure charge in Lancaster in 2018.
Decamillis has a preliminary hearing on his latest charges scheduled for Nov. 4.
