ALTOONA — As millions of Americans hit the road this Labor Day weekend and throughout September, Sheetz is offering a series of fuel discounts to motorists.
Here's what to expect:
Beginning Thursday and running through Tuesday, Sept. 8, Sheetz will offer customers 20 cents off per gallon on all fuel grades, excluding high-flow diesel, at its more than 850 locations. To redeem the offer, customers must add it under the OFFERZ tab in the Sheetz app and scan their My Sheetz Rewardz at the pump. Only after accepting the discount on the screen, will the discounted price be displayed at the pump. Fuel discounts can be applied to up to 25 gallons per transaction.
Customers can save even more by purchasing any Made-to-Order (MTO®) menu item or specialty drink during the promotional period (today to September 8). Eligible purchases will unlock an additional 20 cents off per gallon. The additional discount can also be redeemed by adding the offer under the OFFERZ tab in the Sheetz app and scanning Rewardz at the pump. This additional discount can be earned one time per day.
Additionally, Sheetz is celebrating Truck Driver Appreciation Month in September by reducing the price of its diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) to $1.99 per gallon at 55 Sheetz locations across its seven-state footprint that offer bulk DEF. The discounted price is available now through Sept. 30.
This offer applies only to bulk DEF sold at Sheetz's truck diesel dispensers. DEF is commonly used in heavy-duty vehicles and equipment, including trucks, buses, construction equipment, agricultural machinery and marine diesel engines. To find participating locations that offer bulk DEF, customers can visit the "Find a Sheetz" page on Sheetz's website and filter by "bulk DEF," or use the Sheetz app to find locations offering DEF.
