New Healthy Food Dining Destination Debuting In Pittsburgh Area

PINE TOWNSHIP, PA — Grain & Berry, a healthy food cafe chain, is about to open its first Pittsburgh-area location.

The restaurant, which features acai bowls, smoothies and more is opening in the Pine Tree Shoppes. It's only the chain's second location in Pennsylvania; the other is near Scranton.

Menu options include signature acai bowls like the Grain & Berry Bowl and smoothies such as the Healthy Elvis. The brand also offers fresh juices and immunity shots, specialty toasts, wraps, sandwiches, and salads.

The restaurant is owned and operated by experienced franchise partners Timir Surati, Vishal Patel, and Roshan Patel, who plan to continue expanding across Pennsylvania, with their next location planned for the heart of Pittsburgh.

To celebrate the opening, Grain & Berry is holding a grand opening event on Sept. 19 from 9 a.m-9 p.m. in which patrons can enjoy exclusive giveaways and promotions throughout the event such as:

Founded in Florida in 2017, Grain & Berry operates more than 35 locations in 9 states. Company officials said they hope to open at least 60 new locations over the next few years.
