FAYETTE COUNTY, PA — A Runco man was arrested after allegedly attempting to kill his mother.
According to the Fayette County District Attorney's office, Nicholas Easter, 41, attacked his mother Friday night when she returned to the home they share.
Easter, while wearing a ski mask, allegedly violently assaulted her with a blunt object and struck her with a vehicle. She was seriously injured.
Easter was charged with attempted homicide,robbery and aggravated assault. He is being held without bond in the Fayette County Jail.
