Pittsburgh Police seek driver in Spring Garden hit-and-run (wtae.com) β Pittsburgh police are asking for the public's help after a hit-and-run on Spring Garden Avenue left a motorcyclist and passenger hospitalized in serious condition. Investigators are searching for a black 2026 Hyundai Elantra with plate NGD 4703, missing its front bumper and right headlight, and urge anyone with information to call the collision investigation unit.
