Residents can decorate their own home or property, or they can partner with your neighbors to win awards in the following categories:

• Spookiest Individual Home
• Spookiest Street (must have at least three homes to participate in this category)
• Best Overall Decor
• Most Creative Design

In addition to the categories above, the city will select two additional winners by holding a public vote in which residents can vote for their favorite spooky house as well as a special winner selected by Mayor Corey O'Connor.

How to Participate

Residents who are interested in participating can complete this form by informing the city which category they want to compete in, along with photos of their creative creations.

All interested participants must sign-up by Oct. 23. After that, a CitiParks staff committee will review each submission to determine which households rose to the challenge for each category. CitiParks then will post photo submissions so people can vote on their favorite spooky creation.

Public voting will begin on Oct. 24 following the annual CitiParks Track & Treat event.

Participation in the contest is restricted to city residents, property owners and neighborhoods.
