HOMESTEAD, PA — The Waterfront has announced three new tenants at the popular Pittsburgh dining-retail-residential complex.
Golden Vault, Song Noir and Wonder have opened following the recent grand opening of Bombing Pot and prior to Opal Buffet debuting soon in the former Rock Bottom space.
"We are thrilled at the current leasing momentum, as it proves that The Waterfront remains a dynamic, high-demand hub for regional retail and entertainment," Emily Wittmer, marketing director and assistant general manager at The Waterfront, said in a statement. "The new additions reinforce our commitment to bringing unique, first-to-market concepts to our community and ensure there is always something new to experience here."

In addition, anchor tenants Petco and Dave & Buster's have both signed 10-year lease extensions. That will result in an extensive renovation of the Dave & Buster's exterior and interior renovations next year.
