That included:

Cooked chicken at 46-48 degrees..
Raw marinated chicken at 47-48 degrees.
Raw boxed chicken at 44-48 degrees.
American and cheddar jack cheeses at 46-50 degrees.

The walk-in cooler containing food were measured at a temperature of between 45 and 50 degrees.

The report cited the owner of the eatery for attempting to interfere or intimidate the inspector via phone. According to the report, the owner advised he would communicate with higher health department administrators if "thousands of dollars of food were discarded" despite the walk-in cooler not functioning properly.

The eatery has 10 days to correct the food code violations or the health department could order the place closed.
