The idea behind the name “Body By Design” comes from Psalm 139:14. It says, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made…” Owner Heather Wimbish believes that God created our bodies to function in a masterful way. With time, determination, and an open mind to alternative healing, the key to restoring your body’s original design can be discovered. Our mission at Body By Design is to help you along this journey so you can return to optimal health. At Body By Design, we use trigger point therapy to treat people who suffer from muscular pain, including headaches and migraines, and back and shoulder pain. We also offer various therapeutic massages, orthobionomy, manual lymphatic drainage, and reflexology.
