We’re pouring Hopfen Weizen — a citrusy, hop‑forward twist on our classic hefeweizen (5.4% ABV | 50 IBU). Juicy, bright, and brewed for summer.
This month’s pairing? Lemon Caper Schnitzel — crispy, golden pork cutlet topped with a vibrant citrus cream sauce, capers, buttered Spätzle, and chef’s vegetables.
The Grkmans kick things off with live music beginning at 6PM… the keg tapping parade rolls at 7PM.
