Paint Monkey was created in 2012 by Pittsburgh native Mary Lou Bradley and her husband, Joe Groom, with a simple idea: bring people together through creativity and painting.
What began with two studios in Pittsburgh's Lawrenceville neighborhood grew to include locations in Cranberry and The Waterfront. Over the years, Paint Monkey has worked with organizations including the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Pirates, PNC, Meta, BNY and countless local companies, schools and community groups.
Since opening its doors, Paint Monkey has shared the joy of painting with nearly 35,000 people- creating a lot of art, laughter, and great memories along the way.
