The Allegheny County controller was ordered to stand trial again Friday by a Detroit judge.

PITTSBURGH, PA - Allegheny County Controller Chelsa Wagner faces a second trial on a felony charge of resisting and obstructing police in Detroit. A judge set an April 20 date for the new trial on Friday.
Wagner's first trial ended in a mistrial last month.
