Man Fatally Shot On Pittsburgh Street

PITTSBURGH, PA — A man was shot to death in the city's East Hills section Tuesday morning.

Pittsburgh Public Safety officials said officers responded to the 2300 block of East Hills Drive at around 8:30 a.m. for a report of a victim with a gunshot wound. Officers found a man with a single gunshot wound to the chest.

City EMS took him to the hospital in critical condition. He died there.

An investigation is ongoing.
