New Kensington Cop's Alleged Killer Held For Trial

PITTSBURGH, PA - The man accused of killing New Kensington police officer Brian Shaw last month will stand trial on all charges related to Shaw’s death.
At a preliminary hearing Wednesday, District Judge Frank Pallone ruled that Rahmael Sal Holt, 29, of Harrison, should be tried on charges of first-degree murder, murdering a law enforcement officer and firearms violations.
Holt allegedly shot Shaw, 25, on Nov. 17 during a foot chase in New Kensington that followed an attempted traffic stop
