Penguins' New Jerseys: 5 Things You Need To Know
Here's the lowdown on the Stanley Cup champion Penguins getting a slightly new look for the 2017-18 NHL season.

PITTSBURGH, PA - The National Hockey League and Adidas on Tuesday unveiled new jerseys and uniforms for all 31 NHL teams. Adidas replaced Reebok as the league’s uniform supplier.
Here are five things to know about the new jerseys:
1. Except for the addition of a gold collar, they don’t look much different than the current ones.

2. Adidas says the new jerseys will be more comfortable for players because they are as much as to 19 percent lighter than the old ones, 113 percent more permeable and thus cooler and 27 percent stronger.
