Penguins Active At Trade Deadline, Acquire Three Forwards
A former Penguin who won two Stanley Cups with the team is returning to Pittsburgh.

PITTSBURGH, PA - The Penguins made their second deal of the day Monday shortly before the NHL trade deadline by acquiring forwards Conor Sheary and Evan Rodrigues from the Buffalo Sabres in exchange for forward Dominik Kahun.
If Sheary sounds familiar, there's a reason: He was on the Penguins when they won back-to-back Stanley Cups in 2016 and 2017 before being traded to the Sabres in 2018. In 55 games this year, Sheary, 27, has nine goals and 10 assists.
Rodrigues, 26, has scored five goals and four assists in 38 games with Buffalo this year.
