Ravens QB Tests Positive For COVID-19, Won't Play Versus Steelers
Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson joins a growing number of Ravens to test positive for the coronavirus.

PITTSBURGH, PA — Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, the NFL's reigning MVP, has tested positive for the coronavirus and won't play against the Steelers on Sunday.
Jackson was one of four Ravens to test positive on Thursday, according to multiple reports. That's in addition to five Ravens players and four staffers who returned positive tests over the past week, which caused the NFL to move the Steelers-Ravens game from Thanksgiving night to Sunday afternoon.
But the team's growing number of COVID-19 cases is raising doubts about whether the game will be able to be played this weekend at Heinz Field.

Four more Ravens’ players and one more staff have tested positive for COVID, source tells ESPN. Game Sunday still on for now, but chances of it being played are diminishing quickly.

If the game does occur, Baltimore's likely starting quarterback will be backup Robert Griffin III, who has started just one game over the past four seasons.
The Steelers enter the game with a 10-0 record. Baltimore is 6-4. A Steelers' victory would eliminate Baltimore from AFC North division title contention.
