Seven Arrested, 150 Ejected After Fights At Kennywood

The incidents occurred Friday night.

PITTSBURGH, PA — Seven people were arrested and about 150 people were ejected after fights broke out at Kennywood Friday evening. The West Mifflin amusement park called police for assistance at around 6:30 p.m.

Kennywood issued the following statement on the incident:

"The first and foremost priority of Kennywood is the safety of our guests and team members. With the support of the West Mifflin Police Department and other area law enforcement, the park ejected disruptive individuals, with several being arrested by the West Mifflin Police Department.

"Kennywood will work with law enforcement on further investigation to hold those responsible for tonight’s incidents accountable."

The amusement park will have normal operating hours on Saturday.
