Steelers-Seahawks NFL Week 6: What You Need To Know
Can the Steelers even their record at 3-3 against the Seattle Seahawks before entering their bye week?

PITTSBURGH, PA — The Steelers game can't be used as an excuse not to rake leaves on Sunday. They don't square off until the Seahawks until Sunday night, unfortunately leaving plenty of time for yard work during the afternoon.
The Seahawks (2-3) have more pressing worries. They will play with backup quarterback Gino Smith under center after losing Russell Wilson to injury last week for the first time in his decade-long career. Wilson is one of the NFL's top quarterbacks; Smith, a West Virginia University product, is not.
That might not be a large problem if the Seahawks had one of the NFL's top defenses. But they do not, and as the Steelers (2-3) showed last week against the Broncos they are at least occasionally capable of playing well offensively.

The game is critical for both teams. The winner vaults itself somewhat back into contention for a playoff spot; the loser will have a difficult time staying relevant for the next two and a half months.
