Super Bowl LVI: 2 Pgh. Natives To Face Off In NFL's Biggest Game
The Steelers aren't going to the Super Bowl this year, but Pittsburgh nonetheless will be represented in the winner-take-all game.
PITTSBURGH, PA — If you're wondering which team to cheer for in Sunday's Super Bowl LVI between the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals, you might be in trouble if you're looking for a team with a Pittsburgh product on it.
Both teams will have a native Pittsburgh player in the game. Los Angeles defensive end Aaron Donald stars for the Rams, while wide receiver Tyler Boyd plays for the Bengals.
Donald attended Penn Hills High School and played college football at the University of Pittsburgh before becoming one of the NFL's most dominant defensive linemen. Boyd went to Clairton before enrolling at Pitt.
