Superior Motors, Nine Other Eateries Debut In Allegheny County
Acorn, Ki Ramen also among Allegheny County's new dining establishments.

PITTSBURGH, PA - Ten new eateries opened in Allegheny County in July, with Pittsburgh chef and restaurateur Kevin Sousa’s long-awaited Superior Motors in Braddock among them.
Three years ago, Sousa shattered a Kickstarter record to fund to fund a fine-dining concept via donations. Pledging to give people a reason to spend money in Braddock and hire borough residents with his new restaurant, Sousa raised more than $300,000 in one month.
But converting the old Chevy dealership into an eatery proved more costly and time consuming than anticipated, leaving some to question whether the restaurant would ever open. Those doubts finally were put to rest last month.
