WTAE-TV Makes Major Changes With News Anchors

Several of WTAE's news anchors will have different shifts beginning next month.

PITTSBURGH, PA — WTAE-TV has announced several significant anchor shift changes that will be effective on March 7.

They include:

• Janelle Hall and Ryan Recker will join Michelle Wright on the early morning newscast from from 4:30 a.m.-7 a.m.

• Kelly Sasso joins Mike Clark as a 6 p.m. co-anchor and will continue as a 4 p.m. co-anchor with Andrew Stockey.

• Chandi Chapman will be the weekend evening anchor on the 6:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. newscasts along with meteorologist Brian Hutton Jr. and sports anchor Guy Junker. She will will be a weekday reporter.
