Adlai Stevenson Families, Students Hold Toys for Tots Drive
Local families are helping those in need this holiday season.
The Adlai Stevenson Elementary School student government and PTA are working together to collect toys for children in need this holiday season.
The Plum school's student government is supporting the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, which delivers toys to less fortunate children during the Christmas season.
Students can donate a new, unwrapped toy the Dec. 12. Donation boxes are located in the school lobby and in the school's sixth grade hall.

The PTA also is sponsoring a family holiday movie night—"Arthur Christmas" will be playing—on Friday, Dec. 7, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. for Adlai Stevenson families. Toy donations also will be accepted at that time.
