Make Everything Worth Doing Count
If you're doing something, why not make it count? Otherwise, you've wasted your time.

These days, if I’m doing something, it had better be darn worth it. I know my priorities and what I do has to fall in line with those or I’m not doing it. (Truth: Sometimes I do stuff that’s not, but the majority of my time is spent doing things that push me forward and/or align with what’s important to me and why I exist.) Why do anything if it’s not worth, and why do something that’s worth it half-a$$ed?

If I’m spending time with my family, I’m all in (with no phone in hand). If I’m working, I’m doing my best and completing my tasks correctly, not just to get them done. If I’m working out, I’m going to sweat!
I didn’t always have that last thing down. I considered just showing up to be working out, but a lot of the times, I wasn’t giving it my all. Why do it then? Why waste that time? Lately, when I catch myself not doing all the exercises when I know I can or not breathing hard enough, I kick it into high gear. WHY spend an hour not getting everything I can out of a workout? WHY take time away from my family, my work, my house if I’m not going to do it right? Right?

Whatever you’re doing, why not do it to the best of your ability? Why not give it your all? You’re taking time away from other important things, why wouldn’t you make it worth it? I’m not talking perfect, I’m talking correct.
Think to yourself: “Is this what I should be doing right now and am I doing it the best way I can?” If the answer is no, change it up and do better! Make it count!
