I used to grocery shop every two weeks.
However, since embarking on the Ultimate Reset, my fridge has been packed with fruits, vegetables, and, quite frankly, meals that will go bad. This has forced me to hit the store once a week to stock up.

Yesterday, I could barely fit everything into my fridge. Upon opening the door a rogue red bell pepper or lemon would leap out begging for freedom.
The beets I purchased had leaves so long the door wouldn't shut.

My children, who eat pretty well due to what I allow in the house, opened the fridge and said, "There's nothing to eat."
Hey, when you're 18 you can eat what you want, but until then, you are under MY care.
