Deaderick Closes Over $1.4 Million in Commercial Business in Last Quarter 2014

George Hackett, president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services, is pleased to announce that Pittsburgh resident Sylvia Celeste Deaderick, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Shadyside office, has recently closed significant commercial real estate transactions. She closed approximately $1.475 million in sales and leases while representing commercial clients in the fourth quarter of 2014. The total represents Deaderick’s best commercial quarter to date.
